STREET/TRACK APPLICATIONS (OCCASIONAL TRACK USE – CIRCUIT / TIME ATTACK / ROAD RACING).
Our 1OS Stage 1 Kit uses our reinforced Steel Backed Copper Kevlar Organic friction material. This kit features a single diaphragm heavy-duty pressure plate all while maintaining an OEM-like pedal feel and a smooth engagement. This high Copper Kevlar organic reinforced sprung kit is engineered for vehicles that range from stock to basic bolt-on cars. Like all of our sprung kits, our Stage 1 kit features our fully enclosed spring retainers to help protect your investment from any springs popping out which can cause catastrophic damage to your transmission or engine as seen with competitors. After each kit is assembled, it goes through multiple quality checks before it is signed off by one of our lead engineers (50+ years combined experience).
Break-in Procedure
500 street miles / Keep RPM’s under 4500, no more than half-throttle, no boost (if applicable)
STREET/TRACK APPLICATIONS (OCCASIONAL TRACK USE – CIRCUIT / TIME ATTACK / ROAD RACING).
The 1KS Stage 2 Kit uses our reinforced Steel-Backed Full Face Kevlar® friction material. This kit features a single diaphragm heavy-duty pressure plate all while maintaining an OEM-like pedal feel and a super smooth engagement after proper break in. A few great advantages of Kevlar® is its longevity, super smooth engagement, and heat dissipation. This reinforced Kevlar® sprung disc is engineered for vehicles that have basic bolt-ons, or an NA vehicle with headwork such as cams or a very low boost or Nitrous setup. These fibers have a low static to dynamic friction coefficient, making them an ideal choice for applications where smooth engagement is essential (ex. daily driving, stop-n-go, off-road driving). Due to the properties of Kevlar®, our stage 2 kits have an exceptional life-span with minimal increase in pedal feel and a more confidence inspiring engagement. Like all of our sprung kits, our Stage 2 kit features our fully enclosed spring retainers to help protect your investment from any springs popping out which can cause catastrophic damage to your transmission or engine as seen with competitors. To get the best longevity and holding capacity from our Kevlar® kit, it is crucial that you break in this clutch as conservatively as possible. After each kit is assembled, it goes through multiple quality checks before it is signed off by one of our lead engineers (50+ years combined experience).
Break-in Procedure
1,000 street miles / Keep RPM’s under 4500, no more than half-throttle, no boost (if applicable)
HEAVY-DUTY STREET USE AND OCCASIONAL DRAG / ROAD / DRIFT RACING
The 1 MS Stage 3 Kit uses our extremely durable, High Performance MIBA Sprung Ceramic Disc. This kit features a single diaphragm heavy-duty pressure plate with reinforced drive straps for increased durability. It is available in a 4 and 6 MIBA Ceramic puck configuration with the 4 puck being the more aggressive of the two. This MIBA Sprung Ceramic kit is engineered for low/mild horsepower vehicles. Our Stage 3 MIBA Sprung Ceramic kit creates quick engagement as well as clutch chatter, which should be minimal once proper break-in is completed. Like all of our sprung kits, our Stage 3 kit features our fully enclosed spring retainers to help protect your investment from any springs popping out which can cause catastrophic damage to your transmission or engine as seen with competitors. After each kit is assembled, it goes through multiple quality checks before it is signed off by one of our lead engineers (50+ years combined experience).

500 street miles / Keep RPM’s under 4500, no more than half-throttle, no boost (if applicable)
*Ceramic based clutch discs intend to increase the holding capacity and durability of the clutch as opposed to an increased life expectancy. Using a ceramic based material for easy street driving may contribute to premature wear of the clutch kit due to the harsher engagement and because of the higher tendency to slip the clutch in street driving. Ceramic discs are never recommended for stock or lightly modified vehicle applications.
HEAVY-DUTY DRAG / ROAD / DRIFT RACING
The 1 MD Stage 4 Kit uses our extremely durable, High Performance MIBA Unsprung Ceramic Disc. This kit features a single diaphragm heavy-duty pressure plate with reinforced drive straps for increased durability. This kit has an on and off engagement and is recommended for strictly race purposes. It is available in a 4 and 6 MIBA Ceramic puck configuration with the 4 puck being the more aggressive of the two. This MIBA Unsprung Ceramic kit is engineered for low/mild horsepower vehicles. Our Stage 4 MIBA Unsprung Ceramic kit creates a quick engagement as well as some clutch chatter, which should be fairly minimal once proper break-in is completed. After each kit is assembled, it goes through multiple quality checks before it is signed off by one of our lead engineers (50+ years combined experience).
Break-in Procedure
500 street miles / Keep RPM’s under 4500, no more than half-throttle, no boost (if applicable)
DISCLAIMER: Using a clutch kit with an unsprung clutch disc on a stock or lightly modified power engine that is daily/street driven vehicle can break the rivets on the clutch disc hub. Using a clutch kit with an unsprung clutch disc on a stock or lightly modified power engine that is daily/street driven vehicle is not recommended and can cause premature failure. This can be compared to running a marathon in sandals vs a proper running shoe. If you were to run the marathon ins sandals, you have no cushion or comfort and can cause injuries or wear you down faster than using proper running shoes. With a rigid disc, excessive down shifting may result in premature clutch failure.
NOTE: Purchasing the wrong type of clutch kit for your specific engine power output can result in premature clutch failure, damage to the transmission and void warranty eligibility. If you’re unsure what kit is right for you, please DM us on any of our social media channels or through our General Inquiries form.

RACE APPLICATIONS / HEAVY TRACK USE
The 2 MS Stage 5 Kit uses our extremely durable, High Performance MIBA Sprung Ceramic Disc. This kit features a dual clamp load heavy-duty pressure plate with reinforced drive straps for increased durability. Our dual clamp load kit offers nearly double the clamping force of our stage 3 and 4 kits which increases the TQ capacity. It is available in a 4 and 6 MIBA Ceramic puck configuration with the 4 puck being the more aggressive of the two. This MIBA Sprung Ceramic kit is engineered for low/mild horsepower vehicles. Our Stage 5 MIBA Sprung Ceramic kit creates quick engagement as well as clutch chatter, which should be minimal once proper break-in is completed. SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR TRACK USE APPLICATIONS ONLY
Our Legendary Ironman kit uses our extremely durable American Sintered Iron friction material. This kit is best suited for those not looking to upgrade to a multi disc kit yet and want to enjoy something affordable with high torque holding capacity. Our dual clamp load kit offers nearly double the clamping force which increases the TQ capacity. The Ironman kit offers some slippage on take off, which champs this kit as a GO-TO kit with its repeatability and endurance. Be sure to learn how to slip a clutch before doing so, not knowing can result in overheating and burning the clutch. Engineered for dedicated high powered race vehicles, the clutch engagement for our ironman is aggressive with an on/off feel and is available in a sprung and unsprung hub. This kit will not introduce clutch chatter, but will have light engagement noise and some gear rattle. This kit is not recommended for daily use and is recommended for race applications only. After each kit is assembled, it goes through multiple quality checks before it is signed off by one of our lead engineers (50+ years combined experience).
